Cancellation Policy

Cancellation right
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You must provide us (Balance Swing™ Academy | Yvonne Hyna, Buchhoferstr. 2d, 82140 Olching, info@balance-swing.de, Telephone: +49 (89) 80927170) with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail, telefax or email) about your decision to revoke the contract. You can use the enclosed sample cancellation form; its usage is not mandatory.

It is sufficient to send the notification about exerting the cancellation right prior to the expiry of the cancellation period in order to uphold the cancellation period.

Cancellation impact
We must immediately reimburse all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred by the usage of a delivery form other than the most affordable, standard delivery offered by us) at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification about the contract cancellation. We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction unless another arrangement was explicitly agreed-upon; you will not be charged with any further fees on account of the reimbursement. We can refuse the reimbursement until the goods have been returned to us or until you have verified that the goods have been sent depending on which event occurs earlier. You must immediately send or transfer the goods to us at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us about the contract cancellation. The term is upheld if the goods have been sent prior to the expiry of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs for the return shipment of goods.

You must only provide compensation for the value loss of goods if you handled the goods in a manner that was unnecessary for checking the quality, properties and functionality of the goods, thereby causing the loss of value.

Premature termination of the cancellation right
The cancellation right expires prematurely for contracts regulating the

• delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software if the sealed package was broken after deliver.
